I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I feel obligated to warn future guests.

After two long days of international travel, my family arrived expecting accommodations that reasonably reflected the listing photographs and description. Instead, we found an apartment in a state that was shocking, poorly maintained, and, in several respects, unsafe for occupancy.

The unit exhibited extensive deterioration throughout, including significant water damage, peeling paint, exposed sections of ceiling, damaged fixtures, and numerous maintenance issues that were not accurately represented in the listing. The bathroom contained standing water, and several areas of the apartment raised legitimate safety concerns for our family. We documented everything with photographs and videos immediately upon arrival.

Most notably, a representative, Mel, personally visited the apartment after learning of our concerns. To her credit, she genuinely attempted to assist us and was professional throughout the process. However, after inspecting the apartment herself, she confirmed that our photographs and videos accurately reflected the condition of the unit. It became clear that the issues were substantial and could not be remedied within a reasonable timeframe.

As a result, we made the decision not to stay in the apartment—not even for a single night.

Instead of settling into accommodations we had reserved and fully paid for, we were forced to spend our first day in Manila searching for alternative lodging and paying additional out-of-pocket expenses. What should have been the beginning of a family trip became an exhausting and stressful ordeal.

What is perhaps most concerning is that the listing photographs and description do not accurately represent the apartment's current condition. Future guests deserve transparency when making booking decisions, especially when traveling with family or arriving after long international journeys.

This was not a matter of minor cosmetic issues or normal wear and tear. The apartment was in a condition that we did not consider safe, habitable, or suitable for guests.

I sincerely hope the property owners take the necessary steps to address these issues and update the listing so that future travelers can make informed decisions. Until then, I cannot recommend this property under any circumstances.

The apartment is spacious and very functional. The balcony is amazing, and we enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets in all of Manila from there. There are shops conveniently located nearby. The gym, game room, and swimming pool are real highlights.
